I live in a geeky household! We have lots of old books and comics sitting around. When the books or comics get torn, the binding breaks or the cover gets lost I cut up the pages and use them for ornaments instead of just throwing them away. This was made out of my husband and son's torn up old comics. So when the staples fall out or pages get torn, instead of throwing them away I started making ornaments. I first started with origami ornaments but there was still left over strips of paper. So again instead of throwing the strips out I made some glass ornaments.
These glass ornaments are 70mm or about 2.75 inches in diameter. I hand roll the cut strips from various comic books (X-Men, Spider Man, JLA, The Avengers, etc.). The ornament is capped with a silver top and ribbon in your choice of the house colors. Choices available are in the property drop down menu. You may also choose to add on a year charm. The silver 2023 charm will be added to the top of the ornament.
This would be a beautiful ornament, room decoration, or Christmas tree ornament.
This ornament and all items in my shop are made in a smoke free home and studio.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I can customize pretty much anything in my shop. I can make custom color schemes for any mobile, ornament, boutonniere or bouquet. I can also customize frames, gift sets and mirrors.
Care instructions
All origami items are made with paper and can not be cleaned with any cleaner or damp cloths. I recommend dusting with a feather duster or Swiffer type duster at least once a month. I also recommend using canned air to clean dust out from inside the folds of the origami pieces. Frames and mirrors may be cleaned using a damp cloth.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your item is a gift I am happy to add a gift note (on a handmade card) along with an invoice with no prices on it. Please just leave a note for me at purchase. Some items can be gift wrapped (ornaments, frames and mirrors). There is an extra charge for gift wrapping and can be purchased at checkout.
Custom Order Policy
Please note I am happy to make custom orders but they either need to be paid for or have a deposit put down before I start work. Each custom piece is unique and handmade, so they can not be resold if buyers back out before payment. I will send paper samples for approval to make sure orders are what you want.
